He is the founder of Aarti group of industries. He started the company from a small unit and took it to the path breaking enterprise it is today. He holds a Chemical Engineering degree from UDCT. His experience in the areas of projects, operations, process development and local & international marketing in the Chemical Industry is remarkable. Further, his business acumen and flair for finance has stood the test of time during the growth of Aarti Group. He is one of the main Promoters of the Company. He retired as Chairman on 16th August, 2012, and has, on request of the Board, accepted the post of Chairman Emeritus for his valued guidance and expertise. Shri Chandrakant V. Gogri had been awarded the prestigious "Distinguished Alumnus Award" from UDCT (UICT) in the year 1995 for his excellent performance as an Entrepreneur in the Chemical Industry.

Mr Aashay R Gogri, after graduating with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, in USA in the capacity of Leadership Role is ably bringing new insights into AFPL. With his enthusiasm and an eye for details, he is quickly turning around market insight into a profitable business development initiative. Various ongoing Business Development initiatives have been independently validated by him/his team. The “Green Chemistry for a Sustainable Future” as tagline given by him has laid the foundation of AFPL’s green sustainable chemistry vision which is presently under execution at our Saykha site near in Gujarat.
