Alchemie Finechem offers Potassium Sorbate a white salt that is odourless and tasteless. It is synthetically produced from Sorbic Acid & Potassium Hydroxide, and it is soluble in water. Potassium Sorbate is used to inhibit moulds and yeasts in many foods, such as cheese, wine, yogurt, dried meats, apple cider, dried fruits, soft drinks and fruit drinks and baked goods.
